Site Supervisor

We are a leading provider of construction and project management services dedicated to delivering quality results on time and on budget. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Site Supervisor with the skill and experience to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on job sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations
Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew members to ensure work is performed efficiently and according to schedule
Conduct regular inspections of work progress, quality and safety standards and address any issues or deviations immediately
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and on-site implementation
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals and deadlines
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site
Document daily activities, progress reports, and problems encountered during construction and report them to the Project Manager
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and supplies to the job site
Provide leadership, direction and guidance to construction crew members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, technologies and best practices
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints and technical specifications
-Familiarity with construction safety standards, regulations and procedures
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites as needed
