Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining clean and healthy environments. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards and procedures
Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
Assign duties and tasks to cleaning staff based on workload and priorities
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify areas of improvement and ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and employee performance

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and chemicals
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Familiarity with safety systems and best practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
