Housekeeping Supervisor for “5” Star Hotel

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Room Attendants team and ensure we provide excellent customer service. Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members, and verifying the cleanliness of private and public areas.

Responsibilities:
Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Supervising employees on a daily basis
Check the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, including stairs and lounge areas
Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in cases of absence
Establish and educate employees about cleanliness, tidiness and cleanliness standards

Requirements and skills:
Experience working as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
Practical experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
Excellent organizational and team management skills
