Warehouse Administrator

Roles and responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
* Ensure accurate inventory management through periodic counts and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, optimize space utilization, and implement safety protocols.
* Create and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including barcode scanning and tracking software.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
* Prepare and deliver informational presentations to new customers visiting the warehouse, and showcase the company’s vending machine offers and services.
* Highlight the key features and benefits of different machine types, customization options and ongoing maintenance plans.
* Address client questions and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner, generating interest and converting leads into sales.

Required candidate profile:

* High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in management would be an advantage.
* Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (at least 2 years).
* Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel).
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
