Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect and properly store incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receipts and withdrawals.
• Preparation and processing of purchase requests, orders and transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and stock replacement.
• Keep warehouse or storage area clean, organized and safe.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Demonstrable experience as a shopkeeper or similar position.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Physical endurance and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
