Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and help them find products and make purchasing decisions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping merchandise clean and presentable.
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Promote sales and special promotions to customers, upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Stay up to date on product features, prices and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, cash handling and store operations.
Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues and promoting teamwork.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Additional education or training in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related field is preferred but not required. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic mathematics skills and proficiency in using cash registers and point of sale systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
