Office Secretary

As a Secretary, you will undertake clerical and administrative support duty in order to improve the office’s workflow procedures. You will assist colleagues and line managers by supporting them in planning and distributing information.

Responsibilities
Answer and redirect phone calls when necessary
Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Preparing and publishing correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Requirements and skills
-Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
– Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multitasking and time management ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
