Customer Service Representative
Roles and responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or social media in a timely and professional manner.
· Book an introductory trip
· Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues
· Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
· Collect and record customer feedback
· Document all customer interactions
· Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors
· Stay informed of company policies and procedures
· Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Desired candidate profile:
Minimum qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum experience:
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
requirements:
· Excellent communication skill in Arabic and English
