Cleaning Supervisor Job 

Responsibilities:

Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Supervising employees on a daily basis
Check the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, including stairs and lounge areas
Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in cases of absence
Establish and educate employees about cleanliness, tidiness and cleanliness standards
Motivate team members and solve any problems that occur during work
Responding to customer complaints and special requests
Monitor and replenish stock of cleaning products including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
Participate in large cleaning projects as required
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements and skills:

Experience working as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
Practical experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma is an added advantage

Being Fluent speaking and ability to write English is a a Plus
