Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and support issues
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues and gather feedback
Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
Identify priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Stay informed of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
Proficient in computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems simultaneously
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
