Waiter / Waitress

Waiters help diners by taking their orders, bringing the meals they order to the tables, and preparing bills at the end of the meal at the table. Servers are also responsible for asking customers if they are satisfied with their food and offering help if a customer is dissatisfied.
To be successful as a waiter, you must have the stamina to stand for long hours and be patient with difficult customers. A good waiter anticipates the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities:
• Reception of clients and distribution of menus.
• Take food and drink orders from customers and place them in the kitchen.
• Make menu recommendations and inform customers of any special offers.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables after preparing them.
• Verify customer satisfaction with their meals.
• Preparation of table invoices upon request.
• Disburse invoices and ensure the correct amount is paid.
• Manage schedule changes if necessary.

Requirements:
• Stamina to walk and stand for long hours.
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult clients.
• High personal skills.
• Coordination to carry plates or trays without anything falling.
