Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answering phone calls, receiving messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate individuals
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries
Maintain office filing systems, including electronic and paper documents, records, and databases
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation as needed
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested by employees
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
