Junior Accountant

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable skills and grow their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports and budgets.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Support senior accountants and finance team members in various tasks as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis and create reports to support the decision-making process.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with auditors as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting programs.
• Strong skill in analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous training or related work experience is a plus but not required.
