Location: Hamriya Free Zone, Sharjah

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong Excel skills welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Coordinate and maintain accurate marketplace records for Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, and FirstCry.

• Monitor settlements, commissions, refunds and discrepancies.

• Handle UAE VAT documentation, filing, and compliance procedures.

• Assist with financial reporting, analysis and audits.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.

• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.

Bonus skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace reconciliation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Center.

• Understanding of inventory accounting.
