Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports and providing insights to support decision making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in financial analysis techniques, and has a strong understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Preparing financial reports, forecasts and projections.
Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of improvement or cost savings.
Assist with budget preparation, planning and forecasting processes.
Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against established standards and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to collect data and provide financial insights.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Excel, financial modeling software, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
