Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervising daily operations in the factory.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of factory employees.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing teams.
• Training and orientation of new employees.
• Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during production.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
