Company Driver

We are currently looking for a reliable, safety-minded individual to join our team as a Company Driver. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of company personnel, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities:
Safely transport company employees, customers, and guests to designated locations in a timely manner, following pre-established routes and schedules.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working order and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning, fueling, and routine maintenance tasks.
Assist in loading and unloading company equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
Providing assistance and support to passengers, including assistance with carrying luggage, opening doors, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and trip logs, and submit reports to assigned supervisor as required.
Coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services with approved service providers, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.
Follow company protocols for emergency situations, including accidents, breakdowns, or medical emergencies, and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers and vehicles.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Additional education or training in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance is a plus.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes, as well as knowledge of navigation tools and GPS systems.
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and light trucks, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers, colleagues and other road users.
Physical ability to perform lifting, bending and reaching tasks associated with loading and unloading merchandise.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety and well-being of passengers and vehicles.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on company needs and scheduling requirements.
