We are seeking courteous and responsible individuals to join our team as Valet Attendants. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and help them park their cars.
• Drive and park guest vehicles safely in designated parking areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including documentation of any damage or special instructions.
• Provide guests with claim tickets and quickly redeem their vehicles upon request.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other items from their vehicles as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including sweeping, removing trash, and maintaining smooth traffic flow.
• Monitor traffic and parking conditions to ensure guest and vehicle safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and customer service standards.
• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs to ensure their comfort and convenience.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
