– Handle all phone calls and e-mails
– Receiving visitors and preparing refreshments

– Organisation of the office and support of the team in a way that optimizes the operation of the office
– Sorting and distributing communication in good time
– Support all operations and other related tasks as assigned
– Assist in planning and planning meetings and appointments, managing the calendar of executive director and CEO

– Post-event: write thanks e-mail and event highlight
– Support for the coordination and implementation of events

– Communicate with the customer/members by means of conversations, e-mail and other tools in a regular basis.
– Creating new things. Capable of dealing with existing members, creating, tracking and executing
