Responsibilities:
Receiving, unloading and storing incoming shipments of materials and products
Picks, packs, and prepares orders for shipment to customers according to order specifications
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouses and storage areas
Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies, damages or shortages
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and deadlines
Performing other duties assigned by warehouse management

requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders
Basic mathematics skills and ability to use inventory management software and mobile devices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Forklift certification or desire to obtain certification is a plus
