Warehouse Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to efficient warehouse operations? We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assistants.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in receiving, inspecting and storing incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Select, pack and prepare orders for shipping according to customer requirements.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual counts and records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including organizing inventory and labeling shelves.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and customer requests.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred, but not required.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record keeping.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds
• Proficiency in the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret documents such as packing lists and shipping labels.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and adapt to new tasks.
