Our restaurant in Dubai is looking for skilled and customer oriented waiters to join our team. As a waiter, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests and seating them in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items.
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that tables are clean and properly prepared before and after guests are seated.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries and requests quickly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
