We are looking for skilled, customer focused waitresses/waitresses to join our team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests.
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages from guests.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in taking and providing the service.
• UAE residency or work permit required.
• Flexibility in work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
