Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The role involves providing excellent service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
• Provide lists, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and process any requests.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and move around during work shifts.
