Roles and responsibilities:

• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Clear and reset tables for new clients.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Sell menu items and promote daily specials to customers.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and healthy food environment.

Required candidate profile:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Basic mathematics skills to handle payments and make change.
