Responsibilities:

Visualize and implement visually appealing displays to showcase products and promotions in the store.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive visual merchandising strategies.
Use design principles and trends to create engaging and memorable retail experiences for customers.
Ensure that all displays adhere to brand guidelines and convey the desired message and image.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store management to replenish merchandise as needed.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inspire continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field is preferred.
Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen interest in composition, color and layout.
Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
