Valet Parking Attendant

Job Description:

Be the first point of contact for our guests as a Valet parking Attendant We are looking for courteous and responsible individuals to provide professional valet parking services and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles
Handle guests’ belongings carefully and responsibly
Keep the parking area organized and efficient
Provide information on parking rates and policies
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge for guest services
Follow safety and security protocols for vehicle handling
Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area

Requirements:

Proven experience as a valet attendant or similar role
A valid UAE driving license
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
ability to deal with different types of vehicles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
