Valet Parking Attendant for Hotel

We are looking for courteous and professional valet parking attendants to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy providing a smooth parking experience, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle keys, parking locations, and any special instructions from guests.
• Assist guests in loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal belongings as needed.
• Providing clear directions and information about parking facilities, nearby attractions, and hotel facilities.
• Monitor traffic flow and parking spaces to ensure smooth operations and prevent congestion.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle handling, security, and customer interactions.
• Handle cash transactions, issue parking tickets, and provide receipts to guests as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including sweeping, picking up trash, and removing debris.
• Assist with special events, parking reservations, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk and lift heavy objects as needed.
