Valet Parking Attendant

Are you polite, responsible and enjoy providing exceptional service to guests? We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Attendants.

Responsibilities:
• Promptly greet arriving guests and assist them in parking their vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and courteous behavior while interacting with guests
• Handle keys responsibly and ensure proper documentation for each parked vehicle
• Providing information about the organization’s services and amenities to guests as needed
• Monitor the parking area to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access
• Coordinate with other employees to ensure smooth traffic flow and efficient valet parking
• Assist guests in retrieving their vehicles and loading/unloading luggage or property

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles safely and responsibly
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
