1. Proven experience as a construction, building foreman.
2. Ability to take the full responsibility of caring the building, construction sites, without any supervision.
3. Ability to repair and resolve AC leakage and HVAC problems.
4. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems and any other MEP works.
5. Experience in plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
6. In-dept knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
9. Ability to communicate and report effectively.
10. Making Daily, Weekly, monthly report and updating directly to MD.
11. Managing the co-worker schedule and allocate daily works.
12. Monitoring the progress of the work on site and updating MD.
13. Atleast 5yrs Experience in the same field.
14. Age: 30 yrs to 40yrs old
15. Diploma (Engineering)
16. Can join immediately.
17. Driving License is a plus
