About Job:

We’re looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers,

answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound, outbound calls, answer questions and document activities in CRM.

• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.

• Assist with sales activities and managing databases.

• Gather and maintain sales data in CRM, including details of customers.

• Perform all assigned duties.

Requirements:

1. We are looking for immediate joiners.

2. Excellent written and verbal skills.

3. Basic knowledge of Computer (MS excel will be a plus)

4. Ability to commute/relocate.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: AED 2500 – AED 3000 Per Month

Education: High School or Equivalent

Experience: 1+ year in Telesales

Language: English (Mandatory)

Extra Preferred languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
