Experience: 1 to 5 years in telesales, telemarketing or customer service is a must.
Nationality: Indian [South Indian with Hindi speaking mandatory]
Salary: 2500 dirhams + lunch

Responsible for delivering high-quality, productive results that meet established objectives.
You must engage with existing customers and make them stay with the product.
Keep a log of calls and related details
Provide information to clients and resolve their concerns in line with established standards based on client policies and guidelines.
Responsible for customers to make them continue with the company’s services or product
Can effectively interact with employees and resources on the Customer Services/Product team to help resolve customer issues (escalation points, knowledge base tools, internal applications, etc.)
Maintains composure and patience with customers. Keep a log of daily calls and sales activities
Familiar with CRM and MS Office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
1-5 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a must.
Speaking Hindi is mandatory
Able to multitask
Good team player
Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
High school diploma/BA/BA degree will be an added advantage
