Tele Sales Executive – Credit Card /Personal Loan

We are looking for a well-spoken Telephone Sales Representative to be responsible for the sales of telephone banking products. He/she will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relations.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
• The aim is to help the company grow by attracting customers and developing the business.
• Listen to customer needs to generate repeat sales.
• Provide advice to current or potential customers through regular calls.
• Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
• Resolve queries and issues related to products and services.
• Maintain customer database on a regular basis.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Telephone Sales Representative in the banking/finance industry (preferred)
• Basic requirement is language proficiency and clarity of speech.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Good sales and time management skills.
• Self-motivation
• Any nationality/graduate
