Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot various equipment such as plasma cutting and automatic cutting machines; all types of DC motors and controllers for various shop machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the above equipment (including vibration analysis).
• Ensure materials meet required standards before use and report damage when necessary.
• Ensure house is properly maintained throughout the production process.
• Report job status/progress, tool damage, and process errors to appropriate team leader.
• Maintain good working relationships with workers, assigned foreman, supervisors, and management.
• Perform foreman duties as required/assigned for individual projects.
• Attend any training for any activities required by the department.
• Follow up on daily operations related to your job to ensure business continuity.

Experience/Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma in electronics/mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
• IT Institute in Electronics with minimum 3 years of experience/professional training in relevant discipline.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar field.
