Technician

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair [equipment/machinery/systems] in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repair tasks.
• Document the work performed, including repairs, inspections and parts used, accurately and comprehensively.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, developments and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety systems at all times.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Professional training or certification in related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician or similar role, with experience.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
