The Technician is responsible for ensuring that all assets are in good working order and regularly maintained to standards. The role holder supports the Facility Manager in planning, executing and communicating maintenance.

Responsibility:

• Prepare reports and schedule all future maintenance activities in coordination with the store and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct store inspections in accordance with annual maintenance plans and terms of agreement.
• Prepare reports on issues related to contractor performance for timely resolution and improvement, provide timely incident support and take appropriate initiatives in emergency situations.
• Manage inventory of critical maintenance consumables and spare parts to ensure availability at all times.
• Maintain liaison in the collection of documents related to maintenance activities and equipment according to internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtaining a relevant maintenance certificate is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, minimum 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Highly organized and with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Good problem-solving and project management skills.
