Teaching Assistant

Assist classroom teachers in preparing teaching materials and preparing learning activities.
Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and providing instruction to students.
Provide individual or small group assistance to students who need additional help with classwork or assignments.
Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management tasks, such as recording attendance, distributing materials, and organizing classroom resources.
Supervises students during classroom activities, breaks, lunch, and other assigned times.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to evaluate student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide updates on student performance and behavior.
Participate in professional development opportunities and training courses to enhance job skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in working with students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers.
