• Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 grocery store supervisors in a defined geographic area.

• Oversee the performance of the in-store grocery order fulfillment process: receiving orders, packing them, and delivering them to drivers.

• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures for food packaging and packing.

• Ensure best-in-class operational standards (order picking time, utilization of front-of-house workers, compliance with product substitutions, out-of-stock items, etc.), while ensuring the customer experience is not compromised. • Develop store-specific processes/workflows as needed to ensure efficient operations.

• Coordinate quickly with customer service teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer complaints, if any.

• Collaborate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) companies – recruiting, training pickers, and managing performance.

• Manage the scheduling of pickers and store supervisors to ensure shift coverage and efficient operations.

• Manage the performance and training of store supervisors.
