Supervisor ( Pipe )

Significant experience in supervising pipe construction personnel to achieve effective construction execution.
Schedule projects using logical steps and budget the work hours required to meet deadlines.
Coordinate, delegate and monitor construction activities on day and night shifts.
Ensure compliance with project and tender specifications, work instructions and objectives as appropriate.
Optimal and efficient use of resources, namely manpower, consumables, materials and equipment.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in interaction with management, the client and employees.
Must be familiar with safe work practices, quality and established standards.
Ability to manage/control a multinational workforce.
Ability to interact effectively with project team members, clients, subcontractors and multinational employees.
Contributes to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account “international best practices”, improving business processes, reducing costs and improving productivity.

Required criteria:
High school diploma/diploma in mechanical engineering
More than 5 years of piping supervisory experience in heavy industrial projects such as shipyards, refineries, petrochemical complexes, power plants, etc.
Practical experience in the position of foreman/general foreman in pipe construction.
Excellent leadership skills and have the ability to effectively manage a multiple team of pipe workers.
