We are looking for an organized and experienced shopkeeper who is in charge of all the stock, personnel management and the planning of promotional campaigns for the store.
To be successful as a stockist, you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers. A good grocer is able to manage stock by keeping track of sales and ordering required replacement items and occasionally making purchases of new products that consumers may enjoy.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
Keep track of sales and restock the store accordingly.
Management and training of store staff.
Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
Make sure the store is kept clean and organized.
Mediate any confrontation between staff and customers, and de-escalate the situation.
