At Versailles Spa and Salon, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with an exceptional spa experience. As a Spa Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including providing superior customer service and managing a staff of professional massage therapists and other professionals.

You will also be responsible for establishing daily schedules, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to ensure continued success. You help create a relaxed atmosphere that allows guests to enjoy their time here to the fullest. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the spa industry.

Candidate Requirements
1. Build a strong professional reputation and positively impact customer satisfaction through effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
2. Monitor the day-to-day operations of the spa staff and ensure a high standard of service.
3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase customer base and revenue targets.
4. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the spa team, with an emphasis on promoting professionalism and excellence in customer service.
5. Manage financial resources and achieve budgetary targets, including sal analysis review.
