Job Description:

Dulsco Group is seeking a Social Media Executive with a passion for creating engaging content and conveying our brand story. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative content, including video production, that reflects Dulsco’s initiatives and engages with our audience across all digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance Dulsco’s online presence, support campaigns, and spread our message of sustainability, talent acquisition, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Assist in the development of creative content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Design and produce high-quality video content (short and long) for various channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Write compelling subtitles in English and Arabic for social media posts, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and relevant to each platform’s audience.

Video Production:

• Plan, record, and edit video content for social media, corporate events, and promotional campaigns. • Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, using popular formats such as short videos, stories, and other short-form content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture key moments of Dulsco’s events, activities, and team achievements.

Social Media Engagement:

• Assist in managing Dulsco’s social media by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms and apply this information to create innovative and original content.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to improve content performance and increase engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and content best practices.

•Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to write compelling and concise content.

•Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
