Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in coordinating different trades, managing construction workers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Site Management: Oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications. Manage site operations, including scheduling and coordinating tasks.

• Crew Supervision: Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective and safe work practices.

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets project standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deficiencies immediately.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and protocols on site. Conduct safety meetings, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and address any safety concerns or risks.

• Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure construction activities run smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordination and Communication: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Address any issues or changes to project plans in a timely manner.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports. Prepare and submit reports as needed.

• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site. Make decisions to address issues and keep the project on track.

• Inspection and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with inspectors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
