The candidate has to manage day-to-day job orders for the clients liaising with the repair team in-house, manage the sourcing of spare parts, alongwith managing the scheduling of the team. Connecting with the customer post service is essential. Candidate will also have to focus on new target clients and businesses to create long-term contracts.
