We are currently seeking a Senior Manager – Solutions to join our Integrated Facility Services team at our headquarters located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA).

Scope: The Senior Manager – Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical solutions team. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, team management, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to business growth.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• 5 years of experience in a similar position and 10 or more years in the field of facilities management.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of facilities management processes and methods, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, arena cleaning and maintenance standards, and local regulations.
• Soft Skills: Customer service orientation, conflict resolution, critical thinking, leadership skills.
• Practical Skills: Reporting skills, risk analysis and mitigation planning, and service level agreement management and analysis.
