Security Guard Job Vacancy

Responsibilities:

Surveillance and monitoring:
Conduct regular patrols of buildings to identify and address security risks.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activities and respond immediately.

Control access access permission:
Verify the identity of all individuals entering the property.
Issue and manage access cards, keys, or other credentials as needed.

Emergency response:
Respond quickly and effectively to all security-related incidents or emergencies.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Customer service:
Provide a welcoming and helpful presence for residents and visitors.
Assist with inquiries and provide information as needed.

Report writing:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security-related incidents, activities and observations.
Submit daily or incident reports to the competent authorities.

cooperation:
Work closely with property management, maintenance and other staff to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment.

risk assessment:
Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance the overall safety of the property.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a security guard or related position.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures and emergency response.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
