Security Guard

We are looking for an attentive and reliable individual to join our team as a Security Guard in a hotel. The Security Guard will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and property.

Responsibilities:
• Patrol the hotel premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of break-ins, unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms to ensure hotel security.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, including accidents, medical emergencies and disturbances.
• Providing a clear presence to deter violations and maintain order in public places.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of hotel facilities, including entrances, exits and parking areas.
• Assist guests and employees with inquiries, directions and emergency procedures.
• Report any safety or security concerns to the relevant authorities and management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of hotel activities.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Excellent observation and control skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic first aid.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid security guard license or certificate (if required by local regulations).
