We are looking for a Receptionist responsible for welcoming clients and visitors to our office. You will be responsible for directing clients to different parts of the office, communicating with staff regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

To be successful in this position, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Previous experience as a receptionist is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
• Advertise to clients as needed.
• Assist in maintaining workplace security by issuing, reviewing, and collecting badges as needed and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Setting up meeting and training rooms.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls as needed.
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Perform specific administrative tasks.
