JOB INVITATION: Sales Marketing Jobs IN DUBAI

1. Receiving all the required information about the product that we plan to introduce for sale in the market.

2. Collecting updated information about IT items like laptops, Chromebooks, and mobiles.

3. Exposure visits and excellent communication with shopkeepers and clients via WhatsApp, mobile phones, and directly.

4. Filing and maintaining documents up-to-date and keeping a record of all feedback received from clients.

5. Listen to clients’ complaints, and concerns and obtain regular feedback.

6. Maintain all the relevant records in the office.

7. Managing sales management information, a customer segment-wise database, updating online data about sales information on websites, social media, and WhatsApp as well as other required platforms for conveying information.

8. Visiting IT items sales shops, offices, and warehouses for data update and market analysis.

9. Taking care of sales, marketing, and operation activities in the office and out of the office.

10. Conducting surveys about the latest sales products and determining the client’s views about our services and product quality.

11. Communicating with wholesale dealers and warehouse managers for stock supply on time.

12. Collecting textual, visual, and actual data from fields like photos, videos, and specification data about the items.

13. Contribution to business development and contribute to achieving assigned sales targets.

14. Analyzing customer issues as per the feedback, solving it, and if unable then passing it to the concerned functionary for necessary action and follow-up.

15. Respond to clients’ calls and resolve issues as soon as possible.

16. Performing duties as per the instruction of the supervisor.

• Amazon, Dubizzle, Alibaba, and other international online platforms experience

• Ability to listen carefully with tolerance to the clients’ complaints

• University degree holder in information technology or computer science or BBA

• Professional experience in marketing and communications

Skills:

• Speaking and writing skills in English and communication skills in Hindi.

• Excellent understanding and experience in social media and online browsing and marketing.

• Amazon, Dubizzle, Alibaba, and other international online platforms experience

• Ability to listen carefully with tolerance to the clients’ complaints

• University degree holder in information technology or computer science or BBA

• Professional experience in marketing and communications

Fixed salary plus commission.
