Roles and responsibilities
As a HORECA Sales Manager (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering), you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the assigned market segment.
This role has a particular focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the HORECA sector, and the ability to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer acquisition and retention:
Identify and target potential customers in the HORECA sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Implement effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
2. Sales strategy and planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve sales operations.
Stay up to date on product offerings and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
3. Negotiating and concluding deals:
Negotiating prices, terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Close sales deals and ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
4. Market research:
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends and potential challenges.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
5. Reporting and analysis:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges and opportunities.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Customer service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required candidate profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
· Strong network and relationships within the HORECA sector.
· Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and dealing with others.
· Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· UAE driving license
· Age – 25 to 35 years
· Open to all nationalities
